Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Hossam Ghaly has been sidelined with a knee injury.
The 27-year-old damaged ligaments during Egypt's win over Malawi on Sunday.
The player was forced off following a collision with a Malawi defender and is expected to be sidelined for three months.
"I tore knee ligaments," he said. "Doctors say I will be out for three months, but I hope it would not hinder my chances of finding a new club."

Ghaly is expected to leave Spurs, but this injury would rule him out until September by which point the transfer window will have closed.
The former Feyenoord player spent the second half of last season on loan at Derby County.
