The Hammers, who have not kept a clean sheet in 24 matches, suffered a disappointing 3-1 defeat at home to Everton at the weekend despite leading with seven minutes remaining.

It was the fifth defeat in their last six, leaving them 14th in the table and Zola knows something must be done.

"I am going to be working hard during the week," the former Chelsea striker told the club`s official website. "I've got a fantastic staff that I work with and together we are going to be finding solutions.

change something

"I've had so many difficult moments during my career and have never let myself down. I'm going to be doing the same now. It's the only way I know how to react so I'm going to be looking for solutions, looking for things to improve.

"Maybe I need to change something. I'll try to find something that's good for the team. Maybe I'm not doing enough. But I'll be reacting, that's for sure."
